Terms of Service

CoVise is a venture formation platform connecting founders, specialists, investors, incubators, and international entrepreneurs in the GCC region. We provide tools for co-founder matching, venture planning, and business development. CoVise is operated by CoVise and is headquartered in Saudi Arabia.

By creating an account or using any part of the CoVise platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoVise. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. CoVise reserves the right to verify your identity and reject or terminate accounts at its discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify CoVise immediately of any unauthorized use. CoVise will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Create fake, misleading, or duplicate profiles
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce platform content or data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform
• Share another user's private information without consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

CoVise provides tools to help users connect with potential co-founders, investors, and partners. CoVise does not guarantee the success, suitability, or reliability of any match or partnership formed through the platform. Any agreement, partnership, or business arrangement entered into between users is solely between those users. CoVise is not a party to any such arrangement and bears no liability for its outcome.

CoVise Advisor is an AI-powered tool designed to provide suggestions, drafts, and guidance. It is not a licensed legal, financial, or business advisor. All outputs from CoVise Advisor are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. CoVise makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

You retain ownership of content you post on CoVise including profile information, posts, messages, and documents. By posting content, you grant CoVise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and confirm it does not violate any third-party rights.

All platform content, design, code, logos, and trademarks are the property of CoVise or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission from CoVise.

Your use of CoVise is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

CoVise is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoVise and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

CoVise reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
